Full-service practice management for psychologists and mental health clinicians in greater Chicagoland. Credentialing, billing, staffing, and back-office operations — handled by a board-certified healthcare executive so you never have to be.
That's the problem we exist to solve. Walk in. See patients. Walk out. We handle everything in between.
Most psychologists and mental health clinicians didn't go to graduate school to become business operators. Yet every hour spent chasing credentialing paperwork, managing billing disputes, or handling front-desk logistics is an hour not spent with patients — and not billed.
The result is practices that underperform financially, clinicians who burn out on administration, and patients who wait longer than they should. The clinical talent is there. The operational infrastructure isn't.
IGF Tech exists to close that gap. We build and manage the complete back-office infrastructure for mental health practices in greater Chicagoland — so you can walk in, do the work you trained for, and walk out. No dilution of your billable time. No operational chaos.
Led by Tzvi (pronounced "Zvee") Montrose, CPA, EMT-P, FACHE — board-certified in healthcare management and a licensed CPA — IGF Tech draws on 30+ years of institutional relationships with long-term care facilities, payers, and clinical networks across greater Chicagoland. That network means faster credentialing, established facility placements, and a path to patients that a new practice building from scratch simply cannot replicate.
"Mr. Montrose's team provided us with culturally sensitive care and seamless practice management from day one. We were able to see patients within weeks of signing on."— Dr. F., Client since 2024
Standing up a new practice or expanding to a new payer network. We manage the full pipeline so you're billing from day one — not six months in.
For established practices that need a fully managed back office. We run the business so you run the clinical work.
For group practices, health systems, EAP programs, and organizations seeking operational efficiency or organizational resilience — led by a CPA and FACHE-credentialed executive.
"I always wanted a side practice, but didn't want to manage the business side of it. IGF Tech handled everything — credentialing, billing, staffing. I just show up and see patients."
"Mr. Montrose's team provided us with culturally sensitive practice support and got us credentialed and seeing patients faster than we thought was possible."
"We needed to ensure our charitable giving had real, measurable impact. IGF Tech brought a level of strategic rigor we had never seen from a consulting partner before."
IGF Tech is led by Tzvi Montrose — board-certified in healthcare management by the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a licensed paramedic with nearly two decades of experience inside clinical organizations.
Unlike generalist business consultants, Tzvi has built and operated healthcare organizations from the ground up. As founder and CEO of a nonprofit ALS ambulance service, he led an 85-member team, responded to over 15,000 calls for service, and achieved multiple cardiac arrest saves — while maintaining low turnover through a deliberate culture of organizational support.
His roots in physician practice management go back to 2008, when he joined a practice management company co-founded in 1995 by his father — a psychologist with deep ties to the greater Chicagoland long-term care community. Over 15+ years as CFO and operations lead, he built lasting relationships with facilities, payers, and clinical networks across the region that IGF Tech clients benefit from on day one. That combination of institutional depth, financial acumen, and clinical understanding is what distinguishes IGF Tech from generalist consulting.
Tzvi currently serves as an EMS Educator and Paramedic with the Illinois State Police Medical Operations team, supporting large-scale and high-profile deployments and providing organizational wellness consultation to public safety agencies across the state.
IGF Tech's consulting work extends to EMS agencies and first responder organizations navigating the intersection of operational demands and provider wellness. Drawing from a systems-based framework — the Integrated Wellness Model — we help agencies build wellness infrastructure that is structural, scheduled, and sustainable.
This work is grounded in the same organizational management principles that drive our healthcare practice work: culture, people, routines, and financial sustainability. When those four components are aligned, agencies retain providers, reduce liability exposure, and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
IGF Tech currently has openings for Licensed Psychological Clinicians (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCPC) in greater Chicagoland. We provide the infrastructure — you provide the clinical expertise.
We place clinicians in established long-term care settings with existing patient populations, handle all credentialing and billing, and manage scheduling so you can focus entirely on patient care.
